Encapsulation

Activated Oxygen

Activated oxygen cleans using the air that's already in your home or office.

That's right! Renovair uses some of the most innovative and most powerful machines in the market today to temporarily restructure the air in your home into a powerful oxygenated sanitizer.

Considering oxygen has been on this planet for longer than humans and is not only safe but required to live, why not use it to sanitize?

Placing machines in your home or office, Renovair can essentially recreate the plasma that surrounds stars and planets.

This plasma changes the oxygen in your home or office into activated oxygen. By forcing air over plasma plates, three oxygen molecules are turned into two powerful odor fighting molecules.

These activated oxygen molecules seek out and brakes down organic matter, thereby eliminating odors.

Carpet Cleaning

Renovair starts with a through deep vacuuming, using a top of the line industrial vacuum to remove dry soil, debris and loose contaminates. This step which most large companies skip, removes up to 95% of the soil in your carpet.

Next, Renovair sprays with a pretreatment specially formulated for your carpet and the soil type. This pretreatment is worked deep into the carpet using specialized rotating carpet brushes. Next Renovair extracts the suspended soil using our hot water extraction machine.

The final step in any proper carpet care routine is to brush or groom the carpet. This step insures that the freshly cleaned carpet fibers are raised to decrease drying time, helping to prevent re-soiling and removing any cleaning wand marks.

Can you skip a few of these steps and still have properly cleaned carpets?

We don't think so, and nether should you!

Each step only works as well as the care put into each step before it.

Adding water to unvacuumed carpet is like mopping before you sweep. It only exacerbates the problem, sending the soil deeper into the carpet fibers.

Not being properly trained to identify fibers and soil types leads to ineffective cleaning, wasted money and those pesky odors returning!

Thermal and Enzymatic Diffusing Treatment

Diffusing naturally helps to remove and prevent odors by creating microscopic droplets .

These activated droplets work hard on not just the surface but also deep into its pores.

These tiny droplets dont mask the problem. They seek out and destroy fungi, bacteria, and viruses that can lead to odors and health issues.

The droplets bind to smelly and somtimes toxic contaminants, surrounding them and extracting them from virtually any surface.

Chlorinated Oxygen

In 1814 this powerful disinfectant was discovered.

It is amazingly powerful, yet safe, so safe, that you use chlorinated oxygen products daily. Chlorinated oxygen is used to clean your clothing and textiles, medicine is made with it, and it is likely in every glass of water you drink.

It is also used to sterilize medical and laboratory equipment.

Due to it's safe disinfectant capabilities, chlorinated oxygen, much like activated oxygen, targets fungi, bacteria, viruses and other organic matter that cause odors by Interrupting the genetic acids and destroying the cell structure.

Chlorinated oxygen molecules are small enough and strong enough to work deep into surfaces, destroying odors in the hardest to reach places hidden in your home or office.

Unlike activated oxygen which vaporizes organic matter, chlorinated oxygen essentially turns the bacteria, fungi, viruses and organic matter into an inert salt which can simply be vacuumed.

After the treatment, any remaining chlorinated oxygen simply turns into naturally occurring chlorine, inert salt and life giving oxygen.

Encapsulation

The encapsulation cleaning system applies a crystalizing cleaning solution to the carpet.

The encapsulation cleaning solution is worked deep into a carpet with a rotating brush designed specifically for the most sensitive of carpets.

It is this gentle, yet extremely strong, rotating brush that helps the crystalizing cleaner create the magic of encapsulation.

Encapsulation formulas also contain surfactants that aid in breaking the bond between dirt, grease and grime and the carpet fibers.

Once the dirt, grease and grime are free from the carpet fibers, the encapsulation solution surrounds the entire unwanted molecule and crystalizes.

The crystals harden around the dirt, grease and grime, permanently suspending the debris, leaving routine vacuuming to remove the encapsulated particles.
